RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your purchase doesn’t leave you looking and feeling like a Queen - you have 14-days from delivery to return your items for a refund.
We are also happy to give you a store credit or replace any defective item up to 30days from delivery.
If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit.
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Be sure to get tracking on your returns for a proof of delivery to be verified. No refunds after 14days of delivery, store credit up to 30days of delivery
To be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange, items must be returned in its original condition with tags.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with any return.
Please allow 3-5 business days for payment to be reflected in your account.
All items bought on SALE can be returned for a store credit. A refund is not available.
Gift Cards are not refundable.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, contact us immediately.
We will file a case with the shipping carrier, and there will be some forms which you will need to fill out and sign.
Because we have a proof your items was shipped out from our facility, we will need to rely on the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for a resolution.
If you do not receive your order within the 3 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you a store credit.
A refund will not be issued.
BACK TO SENDER SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for any custom fees associated with international shipments.
If an item is not accepted by you due to custom fees, we will not be responsible for any shipping cost associated with the return
